SALT Talent is seeking an Escalation Specialist in Singapore for a 12‑month renewable contract. You will respond to real‑time crises, assess risks, and investigate issues to protect communities.

Responsibilities include reviewing high priority escalations, enforcing platform policies, coordinating with internal teams, and handling content in Urdu/Pashto for Pakistan. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience in escalations management or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/SQL for decision making.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Pakistan market and languages Urdu/Pashto.

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate high priority escalations across applications and respond to sensitive inquiries.
• Address sensitive content and ads issues per policies.
• Enforce terms of service and guidelines across platforms.
• Use internal tools for escalations management and surface tooling gaps.
• Prioritize requests and adapt to changing escalations scope.
• Propose creative solutions in high pressure cases with urgency.
• Communicate effectively with Public Policy, Legal, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Manage APAC markets with emphasis on Pakistan.
• Handle content in Urdu and/or Pashto relevant to Pakistan.
