Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) seeks a Principal Strategist to define and orchestrate the energy and water regulatory and community strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. The role interfaces with Public Policy teams and represents AWS energy and water infrastructure externally at conferences, media engagements, and regulatory forums.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in energy, water, utilities, infrastructure, regulatory affairs, or related fields
• Experience engaging regulators, government agencies, or industry bodies in APAC
• Proven public speaking, conference presentations, or media engagement in energy, water, or sustainability

Responsibilities

• Own APAC energy, water, and sustainability regulatory strategy across markets
• Set strategic advocacy direction for Public Policy priorities and stakeholder positions
• Prepare internal teams to anticipate and respond to regulatory changes
• Develop community engagement framework to build social license for infrastructure projects
