Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Director of Demand Planning & Transformation to lead the Demand Planning team, shaping multi-year plans and aligning with Sales and Business leaders to deliver accurate demand signals.

You will champion S&OP across Asia, drive process improvements, own KPI governance, and partner with Plants, Finance and Operations to improve product availability and forecast quality. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering.
• Proven experience leading demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Sales, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the demand planning strategy and translate it into multi-year plans.
• Direct integrated planning governance, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Make final decisions on initiatives, standards, and resource allocations.
• Own escalations and executive reporting with clear accountability.
• Deliver sustained improvements in forecast performance and service.
• Represent Demand Planning in executive forums and with partners.
• Drive continuous improvements across S&OE and S&OP processes.
