Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an MDS Product Manager to drive APAC market growth by translating clinical excellence into commercial success. You will oversee promotional activities through indirect channels, ensuring our diagnostic solutions meet evolving market needs.

You will partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop regional strategies, training, and high-impact materials while maintaining compliance and leading regional campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Immunohematology/transfusion experience in diagnostics (≥2 years).
• At least 5 years in technical specialist, sales, or marketing within a diagnostics company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Director in achieving financial objectives with product and marketing strategies.
• Improve distributor and sales effectiveness with high-impact tools and training.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to train sales forces, distributors, and support teams.
• Support sales with technical specifications and tender documentation.
• Partner with Sales Managers to lead presentations and demonstrations.
• Build competitive profiles and monitor market conditions.
• Organize regional marketing events and webinars with compliance.
• Develop regional promotional materials and value messaging with Customer Engagement.
• Report market share and geographic expansion quarterly.
• Oversee marketing database and mailing lists management.
