Mizuho Bank, Ltd. seeks an APAC Deposits Strategy & Sales Lead to drive regional, portfolio-led deposit growth across non-Japanese corporate and FI clients.

You will centralize deposit information across 11 APAC markets, translate Treasury priorities into country- and client-level actions, and collaborate with Country Heads, RMs, GTB, and Treasury to improve execution and conversion. Formación

• Ten+ years of relevant experience in corporate banking, liquidity management, or related wholesale banking roles.
• Experience originating deposits or short-term liquidity solutions for corporate/fi clients.
• Strong understanding of deposit products, client liquidity needs, pricing, and funding economics.
• Experience working across multiple countries and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Track record of converting management information and pipeline analysis into concrete client actions and commercial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Regional Deposit Intelligence: build a single APAC view of non-Japanese deposits by country, client, currency, product, tenor, and client segment.
• Strategy and Performance Management: translate funding needs into priorities by country/client/currency/tenor and monitor execution.
• Deposit Origination and Sales Enablement: support RMs and treasury in client pitches, pricing discussions, and conversion of opportunities into booked deposits.
• Funding, Pricing, and Portfolio Coordination: maintain dialogue with Treasury on currencies, amounts, tenors, funding gaps, and maturities.
• Product and Execution Improvement: partner with GTB/treasury on deposit and cash management solutions; drive remediation of onboarding barriers.
