Job summary

Apple seeks a Regional DC Project Manager to lead end-to-end DC implementation across AppleCare and Finished Goods programs in Singapore, driving schedules, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration with 3PLs to standardize DC processes and systems.

You will gather requirements, apply system-thinking across data flows, and lead UAT and change management to ensure go-live readiness, while capturing knowledge and mitigating risks. A growth mindset and AI/automation interest are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing 3PL partners or working within a DC or warehousing environment.
• Experience with IT systems implementation in a DC context, including SAP, WMS (Manhattan Associates/Blue Yonder) or EDI/API integrations.
• Demonstrated project management track record across scope, time, schedule, quality and risk.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence decisions and drive change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End DC implementation across AppleCare and Finished Goods DC programs.
• Drive requirements gathering with DC operations teams and 3PL partners.
• Apply systems and process thinking to DC solutions across operations, systems, and data flows.
• Champion UAT and change management to ensure go-live readiness.
• Identify and manage project risks and vendor performance.
• Communicate scope, timelines, and risks to internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet DC requirements and broader objectives.
• Explore how AI/ML and automation can improve DC workflows.
