Job summary

Microsoft Singapore is seeking an early-career Technical Program Manager within Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) to help drive data centre capacity delivery through structured discovery, solution design, and governance.

You will work with cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, and operations, translating business needs into executable delivery plans with mentorship and increasing scope over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years' experience in program management, project delivery, operations, analytics, or process improvement roles.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfort structuring problems, managing execution, and working with data.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery activities with guidance.
• Document problem statements, assumptions, constraints and dependencies.
• Translate business, engineering needs into executable delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate solution options, trade-offs and risks.
• Participate in reviews, lessons learned and improvements.
• Create artefacts: slides, updates, dashboards, reports.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Present recommendations, updates and risks clearly.
• Own risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Identify emerging risks and mitigations.
• Lead standardisation of core processes and playbooks.
• Support quality checks and process adherence.
• Define tool requirements and support workflows.
• Contribute to automation through data validation and testing.
• Translate data into insights for decision-making.
