Job summary

Hamilton Barnes seeks a Logistics & Asset Manager in Singapore to own the movement and lifecycle of GPU infrastructure across APAC, with ~30% travel. The role involves moving high‑value servers and networking equipment across borders, through customs, and into data centres, while building procurement and asset processes from scratch.

Responsibilities include cross‑border logistics, trade compliance, and coordinating freight forwarders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international logistics or asset management for IT hardware/Data Centre equipment.
• Strong knowledge of customs, import/export regulations, and sanctions across APAC.
• Experience coordinating freight forwarders and 3PL providers.
• Hardware procurement and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-border logistics for GPU servers, networking equipment and related infrastructure across APAC.
• Own trade compliance, customs regulations, export controls and sanctions.
• Manage logistics partners to keep hardware moving on schedule.
• Lead procurement of servers, networking and power equipment and manage supplier relationships.
• Govern asset lifecycle and warehouse operations from arrival to deployment and beyond.
