Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end design delivery for Data Center projects in the APAC region. You will coordinate internal Design & Engineering teams with developers and consultants, driving stage-gate governance from concept to issuance for construction and permits.

The role requires a strong background in data center engineering, multi-project leadership, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, engineering, construction management, design delivery, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with data center, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities programs.
• Experience managing complex engineering design processes and cross-functional project execution.
• Experience with Change Control Board governance, technical reviews, risk management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design delivery and technical coordination for Data Center projects across APAC.
• Manage project intake activities, technical due diligence, OPR compliance, design schedules, risks, and governance.
• Serve as primary contact for design delivery between internal teams, developers, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive multi-disciplinary design reviews and stage gate governance (BOD to IFP).
• Facilitate engineering change management and CCB processes, assessing scope, cost, schedule, and impacts.
• Coordinate technical reviews, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution to ensure progress amid ambiguity.
