Job summary

Backbase is seeking a Customer Success Director to lead customer satisfaction and success across the APAC region. You will ensure customers derive maximum value from Backbase’s Engagement Banking Platform, travel across the region, and build relationships from C-suite to programme leaders.

The role centers on driving product adoption, license consumption, and Net ARR growth while aligning strategic goals with Backbase solutions and regional banks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing role in APAC or similar regional focus
• Proven track record of driving customer success in software/tech
• Strong ability to build long-lasting executive-level relationships

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers across APAC.
• Regularly engage with senior stakeholders to understand needs and align goals with Backbase solutions.
• Facilitate complex discussions among multiple stakeholders to remove adoption and license consumption blockers.
