  • Build and maintain relationships with local/regional media.
  • Create presentations and digital content for YouTube, IG, LinkedIn and more.
  • Oversee projects and events from conception to execution.

Corporate Communications Manager

The role for the Corporate Communications Manager is to lead and execute high-impact internal and external communication strategies. This role requires an exceptional writer, storyteller, and executor with experience in public relations, media relations, digital content creation, and presentation development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently with minimal oversight, and exercises absolute discretion on sensitive matters.

  • Editorial & Writing: Draft press releases, executive talking points, key messages, announcements, and corporate collateral with flawless English.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media; manage proactive PR and profiling opportunities.
  • Content & Digital Savviness: Create compelling presentation decks and produce short-form digital/social content (reels, video assets) for platforms like YouTube, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Project & Event Management: Oversee corporate projects, internal activations, and events from conception to execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with departments across the organization to align messaging and deliver communication support.
  • AI & Tech Adoption: Leverage AI and content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Slido, Mentimeter, Headliner, Gemini) to drive productivity and creativity.

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant corporate communications experience gained within an agency and/or MNC. Regional experience is a strong advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Functional Expertise: Proven background in PR, marketing, executive profiling, project management, and event management.
  • Language & Communication: Impeccable written and spoken English is an absolute must.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital/AI content creation tools.
  • Mindset & Soft Skills: Independent worker, highly discreet, collaborative team player, fast learner, and energized by a fast-paced environment. Existing local/regional media connections are highly preferred.
