Job summary

Accela Talent, a Singapore-headquartered consulting firm, seeks an ambitious Compliance Analyst/Associate to join its boutique advisory team. You will work directly with senior leadership and global clients across wholesale financial services, fintech, and other regulated industries.

You will draft policies, manage regulatory filings, maintain compliance registers, and develop scalable tools with Excel, while applying MAS/SFC rules and leveraging English/Mandarin language skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in compliance, regulatory operations or legal roles.
• Strong MAS/SFC knowledge with APAC exposure a plus.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Cantonese a bonus.
• Ability to translate regulations into actionable processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain policies aligned with MAS, SFC and global regs.
• Prepare regulatory filings, licensing docs and audit readiness.
• Maintain compliance registers including breaches and AML/KYC.
• Use Excel to track controls, dashboards and monitoring.
• Conduct trade surveillance and monitor exceptions.
