Job summary

Novo Nordisk invites applications for a Communications & Media Relations Intern role within APAC Corporate Affairs. You will help turn media data into insights, build AI-enabled analytics prototypes, and refresh internal communications channels across APAC affiliates.

We seek students in Mass Communications or related fields with strong English, Office skills, and a proactive mindset. The six-month, full-time internship runs Jan–June 2027, with stipends for post-grad and under-grad tracks.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Mass Communications, Journalism Studies, Marketing Communications, Marketing, English Language Studies, Business Administration or Management, or a related field.
• Strong in written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and tools.
• Positive and proactive, with a genuine interest in learning about new technologies.
• Able to work well under short timelines.
• Experience using media analysis software, such as Meltwater, Truescope or Public Relay.

Responsibilities

• Over six months, deliver outputs across media intelligence, internal communications, corporate reputation and evolving digital channels.
• Create one to two working prototypes of AI-enabled agents or platforms for media data analysis and intelligence.
• Map and analyse how pharma companies communicate launches, strengthen weekly and quarterly APAC media reports using Meltwater.
• Build and launch an APAC SharePoint page, redesign the APAC quarterly newsletter, and optimise the communications calendar.
• Support employee engagement events, including the APAC kickoff and KOI Summit.
• Support activation of the Novo brand across functions and develop corporate content with our PR agency.
