The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance – APAC leads regional FP&A, pricing, and commercial decision support, partnering with Commercial, Marketing, HR, and Operations to drive revenue growth and margin enhancement. You will design and enable business tools, manage forecasting, dashboards, and KPI reporting; mentor two FP&A staff; oversee long-range planning, budgeting, pricing governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in multinational settings.
• Strong collaboration with senior commercial leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC commercial leadership to provide forward‑looking financial insights.
• Own regional roadmap for finance data, reporting and planning capabilities (CRM, Power BI, Databricks, TM1).
• Lead pricing strategy, margin analysis, and KPI reporting across APAC.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and budgeting processes for APAC markets.
• Coach and develop FP&A talent across the region; manage two team members.
• Align regional activities with Arthrex’s global strategy and governance.
