ARBEX seeks an experienced finance leader to drive the APAC Value Creation program, partnering with senior leaders to shape plans, forecast performance, and deliver bold cost analyses across Mills, Supply Chain and Commercial teams. You will own monthly performance reporting and ensure robust business cases underpin investments.

• Experienced finance leader with strong commercial, operational and technical finance capability.
• Ten years of progressive finance experience including P&L ownership and business planning.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic partner to ABU President and APAC Leadership Team.
• Lead monthly performance reporting and translate results into insight.
• Own delivery of VC agenda including forecast accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Provide robust challenge to Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Marketing.
