Job summary

Amazon AWS APAC Brokerage Ops Team seeks a motivated broker operations manager to lead customs operations across the region. You will drive process improvements, standardize procedures, and execute strategic initiatives while maintaining day-to-day excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in customs brokerage operations and international logistics.
• Deep knowledge of customs regulations, documentation, and compliance.
• Experience managing cross-border shipments and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage customs broker relationships and drive regional performance improvements.
• Own broker performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Coordinate and standardize customs clearance processes across AWS sites.
