The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in logistics and transportation operations, with demonstrated ability to learn complex regulatory environments and troubleshoot operational challenges independently. Success in this role requires project management skills to lead operational initiatives, drive process automation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. This position offers opportunities to influence regional strategy and drive operational excellence within AWS logistics operations.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize import/export operations

  • Develop and track operational metrics to enhance efficiency and reduce clearance delays
A day in the life

  • Monitor and analyze clearance metrics, implementing solutions to reduce delays and documentation gaps
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize documentation flow and ensure broker compliance with trade requirements
  • Lead broker performance reviews and develop action plans to address service gaps
  • Own performance reporting and analytics for regional leadership
