Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in Singapore is seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager to join our team. You will review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendments across APAC, coordinating contracting strategies with the Clinical Operations study team.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in legal, scientific or healthcare disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and track confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendments across APAC.
• Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects in collaboration with Clinical Operations study teams.
• Ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines.
• Maintain client-facing communications throughout the contracting process.
