Job summary

Dentsu Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. seeks a Client Coordinator to manage Japanese brand clients across APAC marketing activities and sports marketing initiatives.

You will connect with dentsu APAC teams, DSA, DS&E, and related sports units to support client servicing, business development and operations. The role involves coordinating client development activities, preparing bilingual materials, and supporting sales and pitches across multiple regions while ensuring timely delivery and quality client

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Japanese–English) materials preparation and communication
• Strong project management and cross-regional coordination
• Proactive client development support and sales assistance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all client development activities from a project management perspective, driving planning, cadence and efficiency
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and work-breakdown structures with proper forecasting
• Establish and expand relationships with key client contacts as the go-to contact for project execution
• Prepare and circulate periodic Client Development status reports
• Project manage client development initiatives, including timelines and budgets across workstreams
• Support day-to-day commercial activities, including sales support for Japanese brand clients in sports sponsorships
• Prepare bilingual pitch decks, proposals and reports for client pitches
• Conduct market and rights-holder research to support pitches and strategic discussions
• Coordinate meetings across regions and time zones
• Support contract documentation, approvals and post-campaign summaries
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective delivery
• Manage RFP responses from kickoff to submission
• Create and publish project plans, RACI’s and timelines for RFIs/RFPs/presentations
