SMBC Group is seeking a seasoned Transaction Banking professional to drive the growth of cash management solutions for Non-Japanese corporate clients across the APAC region. You will develop strategic account plans, align with Corporate Bankers and internal stakeholders, and manage long-term client relationships through tailored treasury solutions.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, deep APAC knowledge, strong sales discipline, and English fluency (Mandarin a plus).

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in the relevant space.
• Strong product knowledge of cash management solutions across markets in Asia.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to engage with customers across all levels—from staff to senior management.
• Strong sales discipline including proposals and high-quality presentation materials.
• Demonstrated cross-sell mindset and regional APAC experience is desirable.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.

• Promote cash management solutions to Non-Japanese corporate clients across APAC.
• Develop strategic account plans and execution strategies for priority clients, aligning with Corporate Bankers and Transaction Banking objectives.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships by understanding treasury priorities and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across SMBC to provide tailored transaction banking solutions.
• Own clients end-to-end from origination to after-sales follow-up, leveraging SMBC’s network and digital initiatives.
