Job summary

This is the company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Team Lead - Software Engineer to guide a team of software engineers building the Global Cards platform for APAC. You will partner with Product Managers and Architects to deliver scalable payment capabilities and ensure the platform's reliability.

As a people leader, you will coach engineers, foster a culture of ownership, and shape the technical direction across the Cards domain.

Qualifications

You have experience leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams.
Strong background in building large-scale distributed systems in Java or similar.
You enjoy coaching engineers through mentorship and career development.
You’re comfortable leading architectural discussions and decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Software Engineers.
