FTI Consulting is seeking an Assisant General Counsel to join the APAC legal team in Singapore. You will deliver pragmatic legal advice across regulatory, data privacy, cybersecurity, and commercial matters, while supporting growth and managing risk for a leading professional services organization.

The role requires 12–15 years of experience as a solicitor, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across the region.

Formación

• 12–15 years’ experience in leading law firm and/or in‑house team.
• Experience negotiating and advising on commercial arrangements with government bodies, financial institutions, and multinationals.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Provide commercially focused legal support enabling growth while managing risk.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor agreements; advise on cross-border matters.
• Support data privacy, cybersecurity, and information governance initiatives.
• Oversee disputes and regulatory matters across APAC and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
