Job summary

Wise is seeking an Arbitration Specialist to join our APAC-focused team in Singapore. You will manage cases with external arbitration bodies, ensure compliant outcomes, and support policy improvements.

You will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, and Product to translate regulatory insights into actionable processes, while maintaining SLAs and handling sensitive data with care. A legal or regulatory background, strong English, and experience with APAC markets will help you excel

Qualifications

• Legal/regulatory background preferred but not required.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Experience navigating APAC regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Investigate arbitration cases thoroughly, providing background information and evidence.
• Assess cases and decisions from external arbitration bodies, ensuring legally binding outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of APAC regulatory changes and their impact on customers and processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Product to implement policy and process improvements.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and share insights with relevant teams.
