APAC Aquaculture Product Manager — Growth & Strategy

Job summary

Kemin in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager – Aquaculture to lead the APAC aquaculture portfolio. You will drive product strategy from raw materials to finished products, align with global AquaScience teams, and work with commercial, technical, R&D, operations.

Based in Singapore, you will partner with purchasing, manufacturing and finance to optimize costs, support sales with training, and develop market entry plans while traveling up to 10–15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aquaculture, Animal or Fish Nutrition, or life sciences; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in product management, brand management or technical marketing in aquaculture or feed additives.
• Track record of achieving sales objectives and financial targets.
• Strong knowledge of APAC aquaculture markets; regional/international experience desired.
• Understanding fish and shrimp nutrition and feed processing; ability to understand technology and products sold.
• Strong financial skills to analyze costs, margins, pricing and market share.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% within APAC and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Maximize APAC market share and gross margin growth for the Kemin AquaScience aquaculture product portfolio across APAC on an annual basis and meet or exceed revenue and gross margin targets for the product category.
• Contribute to key sales projects and support the commercial team in advancing opportunities through each SALT stage.
• Provide marketing expertise, materials, support and education to APAC sales and technical teams, including product training for sales staff, for successful sales outcomes.
• Develop customer strategies with the commercial team, and create and deliver presentations to key feed mills, integrators and distributors at the request of the commercial team.
• Develop and provide input to reports that track and measure key performance indicators.
