JPMorgan Chase in Singapore seeks an Executive Director – Control Manager to lead AI risk and controls within APAC CAO. You will partner with senior leaders to implement governance and risk frameworks for AI/ML across the region, shaping compliance excellence and driving innovation.

You will oversee AI/ML risk management, CORE program governance, control frameworks, and collaboration across the CDAO Control Management team to manage the CAO operational risk in APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience with estimation and AI/ML risk management practices.
• Financial services controls, information security, audit, risk management, or compliance background.
• Strong understanding of the three lines of defence model.
• Sound judgment in risk assessment, work prioritization, and change management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to analyze, design, and implement best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate business issues and controls.

Responsabilités

• Ensure AI/ML controls align with CAO APAC standards and CORE content.
• Engage APAC CDAO partners to review processes, strengthen risk & control identification, and drive issue management.
• Develop risk and control framework documents for mitigating AI/ML risks.
• Lead risk and control assessments in partnership with control management and business teams.
• Strengthen the AI/ML Analytics Control Managers community across APAC and globally.
