Job summary

Eaton Group in Singapore is seeking an Aftermarket Product Sales Manager to lead aftermarket growth for Eaton's Aerospace business across the APAC region. The role focuses on market development, opportunity identification, and commercial execution to win bookings, revenue, and market share.

You will work with the APAC Sales team, EAS, FMC, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to translate customer and market needs into viable aftermarket

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Aviation, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in sales, product management, business development, marketing, program management, or a related commercial role.
• Requires knowledge of the aerospace industry. Experience in aerospace aftermarket, airline maintenance, MRO, component repair, product support, or related service businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the business launch, market development, and profitable growth of aftermarket repair, overhaul, retrofit, modification, and upgrade solutions across the APAC region.
• Acts as commercial owner for assigned product lines and aftermarket programs, develops customer capture strategies, and drives opportunities through execution.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into commercially viable aftermarket solutions.
• Manages the opportunity pipeline, forecasts, pricing strategies, and cross-functional launch activities.
• Supports new capability deployment, MRO launches, and regional expansion initiatives.
