Job summary

Anthropic is looking for an experienced APAC Accounting Lead in Singapore to own the Corporate Accounting function for the region. This role involves managing statutory financial reporting, leading a high-performing team, and implementing AI tools in accounting processes.

Successful candidates will have over 15 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the accounting operations in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
• Demonstrated track record of building multi-country accounting teams.
• Owned statutory accounting and external audit at a regional level.

Responsibilities

• Own the APAC Corporate Accounting function end to end.
• Build and develop a high-performing accounting team across APAC.
• Drive automation and adoption of AI tooling in accounting processes.
