INTELLISEARCH HR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Android Software Engineer to own the Android mobile experience, building a production-grade app where AI is central to the user experience. You will focus on performance, reliability, and usability, shaping how users interact with AI features.

You will collaborate with backend and ML teams to design robust APIs and scalable mobile solutions, while ensuring security and smooth operation in production environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, vision, or speech APIs).
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming with Coroutines and Flow.
• Familiarity with REST or gRPC APIs and structured data formats.
• Published Android apps on Google Play Store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production Android applications using Kotlin.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities via backend APIs.
• Design AI interaction patterns, including streaming responses and retries.
• Optimise app performance, memory usage, and user experience for AI workloads.
• Implement analytics, logging, and user feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with backend and ML engineers to define API contracts.
• Ensure the application is secure, stable, and scalable in production.
