Job summary

GSK in Singapore seeks a qualified professional to assure analytical equipment and computer systems in quality laboratories meet cGMP and regulatory standards. You will lead validations, calibrations, and change controls while maintaining QMS-aligned procedures and data integrity.

The role emphasizes investigations, CAPA, training, and ensuring timely review of Pharmacopoeia & ATS, with a focus on safe, compliant lab operations.

Qualifications

• Science degree or Diploma with 5+ years in chemical/pharma manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of GxP and laboratory equipment validation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations (ATS/ICH).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and calibrate analytical equipment per procedures and regulations.
• Lead investigations from equipment/events and propose CAPA actions.
• Review validation status and plan re-validation when needed.
• Participate in lab equipment validation and approve related documents.
• Maintain computer systems and lab equipment under change control.
• Assess impact of changes and update documentation promptly.
• Update laboratory procedures to stay compliant with QMS and pharmacopoeia.
• Ensure a safe lab environment and conduct 6S inspections.
• Train staff on systems/equipment and relevant procedures.
• Ensure timely Pharmacopoeia & ATS reviews.
