GMP and GLP knowledge.

LIMS and ERP knowledge.
Laboratory support procedures.
Regulatory requirements for method validation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with laboratory analysts to achieve department objectives and provide technical training.
Ensure data supporting resolution of issues has sufficient accuracy for corrective actions.
Participate in safety risk assessments and 6S inspections in the lab.
Support budget management and resource planning for analytical labs.
Assess impact of changes on product quality and cGMP compliance; coordinate testing.
Draft and update testing protocols, procedures and GMP-related guidelines.
Lead investigations arising from labs incidents and recommend remedial actions.
Assist in corporate ERP system usage as needed.
Support regulatory compliance, audits and pharmacopoeia reviews.
Ensure timely and accurate review of Pharmacopoeia & ATS.
Ensure testing of value stream materials and samples per quality requirements.
