GLAXO WELLCOME MANUFACTURING PTE LTD in Singapore invites fresh graduates and mid-career professionals to join its Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month structured on-the-job training within a world-leading biopharmaceutical environment. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and industry-relevant skills.

The programme provides exposure to data supporting analytical methods, implementation of new testing technologies, and GMP-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry or relevant science.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all data supporting the analytical method are accurate and able to take correct actions to address the issue.
  • Contribute to the plans for the implementation of new testing technologies and methods.
  • Able to understand and assess the change analytical assessment that may have an impact on product quality, validation and/or current GMP compliance.
  • Lead or participate in investigation arising from laboratory investigation, incidents recommendations remedial actions for follow-up.
  • Draft, review and update appropriate laboratory documents such as testing protocol, procedures, analytical methods and guidelines relating to GMP and operational framework of the laboratory.
  • Updated with pharmacopeial and other health agencies guidelines.
  • Ensures that all manufacturing raw materials / non-routine samples and products are analyzed and tested according to the stipulated quality requirements.

Job description

The Attach and Train Programme (AnT) is a structured talent development programme designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for Singapore’s advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, supporting both current and future workforce needs.

As a trainee, you will go through a 15-month structured on-the-job training programme with GSK, gaining hands‑on experience, industry-relevant skills, and mentorship from experienced professionals in a world‑leading biopharmaceutical environment.

We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and mid‑career individuals who are passionate about developing a career in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Due to the nature of the programme and its eligibility requirements, we can only consider Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Role Description:
