A leading financial institution in Singapore is looking for a Talent Management Analyst to support the planning and execution of training programs. The role requires a degree in Human Resources or related fields and at least 1 year of experience in training and development. The candidate should have strong skills in talent management, interpersonal communication, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Opportunities for implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives are also a key aspect of this position.
Talent Strategy has always been the key agenda and heart of GCIB APAC (Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Asia Pacific) Business Strategy. GCBDA - Talent Team will be partner closely with Business Heads in driving developmental programs to focus and align Talent strategy with Business strategy in GCIB.
The Team will drive systematic and pro-active talent development programs and embed a Learner-environment in GCIB APAC; promote a coaching and mentoring approach to performance management; emphasise engagement and drive inclusion and diversity. The Team will also oversee the internship and graduate trainee programs in GCIB APAC, which represent our strategic foundational talent initiatives.
You will be part of our member in GCBDA - TT, with exposure to plan, coordinate and identify training and development programs for GCIB APAC staff.
