The team supports policy formulation and decision making with meaningful metrics and insights, using Excel and Tableau to build impactful dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Actuarial Science (Maths/Stats), Engineering, CS or related quantitative field preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience with unstructured data to derive insights and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Research and provide updates on key labour data and market trends to stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute reports including analysis on people and workforce metrics.
• Collaborate with Manpower Planning to create workforce-related dashboards.
• Mine insights from Scoot data to facilitate meaningful analysis for workforce planning.
• Analyse trends and provide input on forecast vs actual variances and hire-to-budget fill rates.
• Develop, build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines for HR reporting.

Job Description

Data Reporting & Analytics

• Research and provide updates and advisories of key labour data and market trends to stakeholders, and monitor changing labour landscape to identify potential data required for policy formulation and decision making
• Prepare and distribute reports (scheduled and ad-hoc) which includes analysis on people and workforce-related metrics to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Manpower Planning team to create meaningful workforce-related metrics dashboards based on stakeholders' persona
• Mine insights from various data points in Scoot to facilitate meaningful analysis and generate insights for effective workforce planning
• Analyse trends and provide input on improving metrics including forecast vs actual variances and hire-to-budget fill rates
• Use data analysis such as statistical analysis, to influence changes to operations, processes, policies and programs

HR Data Analytics Process and Deployment

• Develop, Build and Maintain Dashboards to customize and enhance reporting initiatives in Human Resources
• Design and deploy data pipelines and solutions to help business make better people decisions
• Work with specific business partners to understand their business challenges and identify areas for analytics deployment
• Support as a member of initiatives and projects related to Data Analytics

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Actuarial Science (Mathematics, Statistics), Engineering, Computer science or a related quantitative discipline is preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Data Visualisation Tools (i.e. Tableau)
• Proven experience working with unstructured data to produce meaningful insights and problem-solve business problems
