Job summary

ZENITH INFOTECH (S) PTE LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior Systems Analyst to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support the full SDLC for web-based applications.

You will design, implement, test, and maintain systems, develop low-level design documents, and collaborate with users to convert business needs into robust solutions. Candidates should have 5+ years in systems analysis, strong Java skills, Helix Platform experience, and vendor management

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in systems analysis, design, including database design, development, implementation, and QA.
• Helix Platform experience is a must: BMC Helix Innovation Suite and Remedy AR System; design, develop and customize applications/workflows.
• Strong Java programming skills.
• Good communication, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Vendor management experience.

Role

Requirements

• Has 5+ years experience in systems analysis, design including database design, development, implementation, and QA.
• Helix Platform experience is a must:
  • BMC Helix Innovation Suite and Remedy AR System: design, develop, customize applications and workflows.
  • BMC Remedy Developer Studio, Pentaho for workflows, forms, templates, and integrations.
  • Helix iPaaS, REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.
  • CMDB: build/enhance classes, relationships, datasets, reconciliation rules, and discovery integrations.
• Strong Java programming skills.
• Good communication, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Vendor management experience.

Technical Skills Required

• Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XMLBash/Shell scripting.
• IDE & Dev Tools: Eclipse, Web Integrated Development Environment.
