Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced technical lead to drive architecture and delivery across multi-vendor teams in Singapore. You will guide design, integration and deployment with a focus on performance, security and reliability.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, producing detailed designs and enforcing development standards while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Degree with 8-10 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Solid knowledge of AIX OS and RedHat platform and scripting.
• Experience with Java and data formats (JSON/XML).
• Proficiency with middleware (iPlanet, WebSphere, WebLogic) and databases (SQL).
• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar, Aldon, etc.).
• Knowledge of Unix commands, Transfer tools (Connect Direct, SFTP) and scheduling (Control-M).

• Drive technical innovation and build frameworks for configuration rather than bespoke code.
• Lead multi-vendor teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Produce detailed low-level design documents communicating system design.

• Analyse performance tests and security assessments to resolve issues.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the BA, infra, deployments and vendor teams.
• Use and manage vendor augmented resources and ensure work assignments for high utilization and effective, quality outcomes while avoiding re-work
• Drive technical innovation to enhance functional and technical capabilities of the platform
• Build frameworks for configuration instead of code for each component
• Communicate with technical and non-technical resources and work with limited direction while being highly productive
• Apply standards and industry frameworks while leverage existing technologies and tools in the Bank
• Implement solutions considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
• Produce detailed design /low level design documents that communicate the system design effectively
• Drive adherence to development, configuration management and deployment standards for solutionsAnalyse performance test, vulnerability assessments and any other test related issues that arise during projects
• Manage, address and resolve project-related technical issues in a timely fashion, ensuring necessary escalation and communication to stakeholders as necessary
• Select, train, develop and manage technical team members in a conducive team environment
• Lead multi-vendor teams to successfully deliver solutions
• Guide the project team in issue resolution to meet the requirements and timelines

Requirements:
