Job summary

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) in Singapore seeks a senior analytics delivery leader to design and execute analytics products for clients and markets. You will translate priorities into roadmaps, drive actionable outputs, and ensure governance-aligned data solutions.

You will partner with business and technology teams, mentor delivery staff, and drive KPI-based value while leveraging Power BI, Alteryx, Azure Databricks, Collibra, and Citadel to deliver scalable analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline
• 10+ years of experience delivering analytics, insights, or data-driven solutions, ideally in regulated environments
• Strong hands-on understanding of analytics tools, platforms, and delivery approaches
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytics into business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Delivery & Product Execution

• Lead the design and delivery of analytics products that address client, market, and business needs
• Translate strategic priorities into clear analytics roadmaps, delivery plans, and use-case backlogs

Tools, Platforms & Enablement

• Leverage enterprise analytics tools includingPower BI, Alteryx, and analytics capabilities built onAzure and Databricks
• Ensure analytics products are built on governed data assets, aligned withCollibrametadata and control frameworks and enforced throughCitadelwhere applicable
• Work closely with data platform and engineering teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions

Governance, Quality & Risk

• Apply enterprise data governance and quality standards across analytics products
• Ensure analytics solutions comply with internal control, privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify and manage analytics delivery and operational risks
• Lead and mentor analytics practitioners and delivery team members
• Promote best practices across analytics development, visualisation, and adoption
• Track analytics product KPIs and value metrics to improve effectiveness and uptake

Required Qualifications & Experience
