Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Analyst for Feasibility & Investment Analysis (APAC) to deliver market and financial insights for hotel opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on market studies, proforma analyses, and investment valuations, shaping strategic development and brand rollout decisions.

You will work with Lead Underwriters across APAC, building robust analyses and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, finance, real estate, or a related field.
• 0 to 2+ years of experience in hospitality consulting, asset management, feasibility, and/or investment analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel modelling capabilities and knowledge of other analytical tools.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.

• Conduct market / proforma analysis evaluating site utility, local market, demand patterns, competition, and benchmarks.
• Perform investment and valuation analyses to support decision-making across internal stakeholders.

As a key member of the Feasibility & Investment Analysis (F&IA) team, you will support Hilton’s growth across Asia Pacific (APAC) by delivering market insights and investment analysis for new hotel opportunities. This role will be responsible for performing a range of market and financial analyses, including but not limited to: market studies, feasibility assessments, impact analyses, management and franchise contract valuations, cash flow waterfalls, debt and equity investment NPVs and IRRs, M&A evaluations, and special projects related to asset management and strategic analysis for new brand rollouts.

You will work closely with the Lead Underwriters across the APAC region, delivering high-quality analysis and expert advice to key business stakeholders.

This position is based in the Singapore Area Office, with moderate travel required within the APAC region.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Conduct market / proforma analysis: Focus on assessing proposed hotels by evaluating site utility for hotel operations, analyzing the local market and city, understanding demand patterns, identifying competitive sets, and forecasting demand, average daily rates, and benchmarking costs against Hilton properties, competitors, and industry standards.

Perform investment and valuation analysis to support decision-making across various internal stakeholders including Development, Real Estate & Asset Management, Operations, Finance, and Executive Management.

Utilize, maintain and update sophisticated financial models to support in-depth analysis.

Prepare clear and concise analytical reports and memoranda summarizing findings, methodologies, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, presenting relevant findings on key projects and soliciting inputs to further strengthen our analysis and findings.

How you will collaborate with others:

Work closely with Lead Underwriters across the APAC region to support feasibility assessments and investment evaluations for development opportunities.

Partner with internal stakeholders to provide analytical insights that inform strategic decisions.

Participate in internal meetings, development conferences, and relevant hotel investment conferences.

Collaborate with other F&IA team members and internal stakeholders on strategic projects including but not limited to brand launches, development strategy, productivity and efficiency enhancements, and related.

What projects or deliverables you will take ownership of:

Ownership of feasibility studies and investment analyses that support development approvals and investment decision-making across the APAC region.

Maintain and enhance financial models, market intelligence databases, and analytical tools used to evaluate hotel development and investment opportunities.

You have these minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, finance, real estate, or a related field.

0 to 2+ years of experience in hospitality consulting, asset management, feasibility, and/or investment analysis, or a demonstrated ability to perform these functions effectively.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel modelling capabilities and knowledge of other analytical tools.

Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.

Ability to conduct fieldwork and travel within the APAC region as required.

Commitment to discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

It would be useful if you have:

In-depth understanding of investment and valuation approaches, particularly as they apply to hotel projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights for stakeholders.

A team-oriented mindset with the initiative to take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively across departments.

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining a high-quality output.

Understanding of and proficiency in the use of AI tools

Interpersonal skills that allow you to represent Hilton with professionalism, including when dealing with external stakeholders.

Foreign language skills are a plus.
