Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AML/watchlist screening specialist to define integration specs between screening tools and core platforms. You will configure ingestion and normalization of global watchlist data and design real-time alert workflows for case management systems.

You will tune fuzzy matching, establish data quality controls, and ensure compliance with MAS, FATF, and OFAC. Collaborate across Compliance, Risk, and Tech teams while enabling rollouts with training materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in application testing, development and delivery.
• Minimum 6 years of functional experience within Financial Crime, AML, or Sanctions compliance technology.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong and assertive communicator with analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and map integration specifications between Watchlist tools and core banking, CRM, and onboarding platforms.
• Configure systems to ingest and reconcile sanctions, PEP, and adverse media data.
• Design real-time alert workflows for downstream case management systems.
• Develop and tune fuzzy matching rules to balance false positives and regulatory compliance.
• Establish data quality, validation, and lineage controls for screening data.
• Ensure AML compliance alignment with MAS, FATF, OFAC and audit reporting.
• Prepare functional specs, architecture diagrams, API data dictionaries, user stories, and flows.
• Lead UAT, regression testing, and validation for upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and external vendors.
• Identify and manage issues, risks, and integration challenges in AML screening.
• Continuously improve screening workflows and reduce manual interventions.
• Create training materials and support end-users during rollouts and upgrades.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance (PDPA, GDPR) in handling sensitive data.
• Bridge regulatory requirements with technical design for scalable AML solutions.
