Job summary

Evolution Recruitment Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Test Services Leader to manage the end-to-end delivery of testing across the Finance program, working with bank-appointed vendors.

You will review test strategies and artefacts, coordinate with governance teams to adopt standard methods and tools, and ensure timely delivery while controlling scope and quality. Visa sponsorship is not available. Strong stakeholder management and KPI reporting are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in test service delivery management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor management and testing artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of test services by bank vendors in Finance testing.
• Review and sign off on test strategy and plans with service providers.
• Coordinate with Test Governance to ensure standard testing methods and tools.
• Communicate scope changes and their impact to vendors.
• Escalate issues to stakeholders and service providers as needed.
• Track and report test statuses, SLAs and KPIs.
