Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst to support AML banking compliance technology initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance users, operations teams, system analysts, architects, developers, testers, and project teams to gather requirements and document functional specifications for AML applications.

The role focuses on Name Screening, Customer Due Diligence, Know Your Customer, and Transaction Monitoring,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/finance or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking tech or compliance.
Hands-on BA/IT BA experience in banking or financial services.
Strong AML domain knowledge: Name Screening, CDD, KYC, Transaction Monitoring.
Experience with BRD, FRD, functional specs, process flows, traceability.
Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, clarify, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
Analyse current and future state business processes and workflows.
Prepare BRD, FRD, and detailed requirement specs.
Review functional specs and ensure traceability from requirements to testing.
Support testing: SIT and UAT; manage changes and risks.
Collaborate with system analysts, architects, and developers to translate requirements.
