Job summary

ALUMINATE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on-site, coordinating workers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

You will monitor drawings and specs, ensure safety compliance with WSH, and maintain site records and progress reports to inform the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities and workers.
• Monitor construction work according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and site workers.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure work meets required quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment at the worksite.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, WSH requirements and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox meetings.
• Identify and resolve site issues and report progress to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
• Maintain daily site records, attendance and progress reports.
