Kantin at Jewel Changi is hiring a Service Crew to deliver warm hospitality in a fast-paced airport dining setting. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure tables and front-of-house areas are immaculate.

This full-time role in the Changi Airport East Region offers hands-on experience in a busy hospitality team, opportunities to upsell, handle cash transactions, and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure accurate order delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly welcome.
• Assist guests with menu selections and recommendations.
• Take and process food and drink orders efficiently.
• Ensure tables are set up and maintained to a high standard.
• Clear and clean tables promptly.
• Restock front-of-house supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Make and serve drinks, cocktails, and desserts.
