Job summary

Anchor Global Consulting PTE. LTD. invites applications for a stock operations assistant at Changi Airport.

You will receive and check incoming stocks, assist with transfers, ensure documentation, deliver duty-free orders to gate holding rooms, and support storage, display replenishment and order fulfilment. The role requires physical fitness and ability to multitask in a busy environment. Joining bonus applies, uniform provided, and a structured base with allowances and incentives.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to handle movements of heavy loads and cartons.
• Organised and self-motivated; able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of incoming stocks and deliveries.
• Assist in the transfers / returns of outgoing stocks.
• Ensuring all documentations relating to inventory movements are in order.
• Delivering of duty-free orders into departure gate holding rooms prior to gate closing for travellers.
• Assist in the storage of inventory in the back end storage / office.
• Assist to top up display stocks at the stores
• Assist fulfilment in the picking and packing of orders
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Retail Managers.
