Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced airfreight import coordinator to manage end-to-end shipments, from arrival to billing and closure. You will ensure accuracy of documentation, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements.

You will act as the main contact for customers, provide timely shipment updates, coordinate with airlines, handling agents and internal teams, monitor progress to meet SLAs and KPIs, and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in airfreight import operations and handling documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments from arrival to closure.
• Provide shipment updates and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners and internal teams.
• Monitor progress to meet SLAs and KPIs and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Resolve delays and documentation discrepancies in a timely manner.
