Job summary

AIR 7 ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an aviation maintenance technician to perform maintenance, inspections, and minor disassembly tasks in line with manuals and procedures.

The role requires accurate work-order completion to support the production cell schedule and close collaboration with supervisors and support teams. The ideal candidate will read and interpret technical manuals and drawings, understand service documents, and possess SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Reading and interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and service documents.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, minor cleaning, assembly/disassembly, and troubleshooting according to Component Maintenance Manuals and procedures.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of work orders to support the production schedule at the cell level.
• Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Accurately update and manage repair cost estimates.
• Proficient use of measuring tools including torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, and bore/depth gauges.
• Adhere to Environment, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements (Ethics, EHS, International Trade Compliance).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Maintain strict compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements, particularly in the areas of Ethics, EHS, and International Trade Compliance.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of aviation maintenance experience,
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Aerospace disciplines).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service documents.
• Strong computer skills (SAP knowledge preferred).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Candidates without prior aviation experience are welcome to apply—training will be provided for junior roles.
