Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is recruiting for an aviation MRO technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircraft engines in a fast-paced environment at Changi. The role involves engine disassembly, inspection, repair and overhaul in line with OEM manuals and regulatory standards, with a focus on safety and quality.

The position offers a 4-day work week (8-hour shifts) and benefits such as medical and dental coverage, flexible benefits, and islandwide transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aerospace, aviation or aircraft maintenance.
• Able to work in shift environments.
• Solid technical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify aircraft engine faults within an MRO environment.
• Perform engine disassembly, inspection, repair and overhaul in accordance with OEM manuals and maintenance procedures.
• Test and calibrate engine components to meet strict safety, quality and performance standards.
• Ensure all work complies with aviation regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in training and operational setup.

Our client is a leading provider of aircraft engine overhaul and component repair services, specializing in the Rolls-Royce Trent engine series. With advanced facilities capable of supporting all Trent variants, the company completes over 300 engine overhauls annually and operates a state-of-the-art engine testing centre to ensure fast and efficient turnaround times.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,500
• Gross Monthly Salary: Up to $4,000++

Work Schedule

• 4-day work week (8-hour shift)
• Morning Shift: 6:30am - 4:15pm
