Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking an aerospace maintenance technician in Singapore to perform hands-on airframe and engine maintenance across Seletar, Paya Lebar, and Changi locations.

You will troubleshoot faults, interpret manuals, and ensure compliance with safety and aviation standards. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or equivalent in aerospace or mechanical engineering, with hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance and tooling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Aerospace/ Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in commercial aerospace maintenance preferred.
• Competent with hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on airframe and engine maintenance per safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in aircraft systems.
• Ensure maintenance complies with aviation regs and company procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering to implement modifications and service bulletins.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and maintenance documents.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on airframe and engine maintenance, including overhaul, repair and servicing activities in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to identify and resolve aircraft maintenance issues.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant aviation regulations, safety requirements and company procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to technicians where required.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement modifications, improvements and service bulletin requirements.
• Support workshop audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, mechanical drawings and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records, inspection reports and other required documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in commercial aerospace, preferably in airframe and engine maintenance.
