Job summary

ST Engineering Group seeks an experienced leader to oversee aircraft engine component repair operations in Singapore. You will manage a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Support, PP&C and Engineering to support major engine programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering. Other Engineering degrees will be considered.
• Prior experience in aircraft engine component repair operations is an advantage.
• Proven leadership track record with strong ability to drive and deliver results.
• Highly motivated and self-directed with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good team player with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead component repair operations and a team of service engineers and technicians.
• Drive productivity while ensuring Quality and Safety compliance and meeting TAT/OTD targets.
• Allocate manpower and resources to maximize production outputs.
• Spearhead Continuous Improvement, Digitalization and Automation initiatives to reduce cost and boost productivity.
• Interface with customers and coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, PP&C and Engineering for MRO support of key engine programs.
• Promote a safety culture and lead environmental health and safety initiatives.
