Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) is the world’s largest MRO facility for Rolls-Royce Trent engines, backed by Rolls-Royce and SIA Engineering Company. The role involves performing preventive maintenance and minor repairs on aircraft systems, with hands-on work in a state-of-the-art test facility and the need to adapt to shift schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in aerospace maintenance, a passion for the field, and a willingness to work shifts to support

• Perform preventive maintenance checks on aircraft systems, structures, electrical, and electronic components.
• Fabricate and perform minor repairs on airframe sheet metal, wiring, and subsystem assemblies.
• Conduct operational checks using appropriate test sets/tools to ensure serviceability and airworthiness.

Job Description

• Perform preventive maintenance checks on aircraft systems, structural, electrical, and electronic components.
• Fabricate and perform approved minor repairs on airframe sheet metal parts, electrical wiring, and subsystem assemblies.
• Conduct operational checks on aircraft systems and components using appropriate test sets/tools to ensure serviceability and airworthiness, adhering to national regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Min one year experience as a technician in aerospace industry
• Passion for the aerospace industry and aircraft maintenance.
• Able to commit to shift work
