The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer service assistant to join the team at Changi Airfreight Centre. You will support the customer service function for air and sea freight operations, handling inquiries and related documentation.

Responsibilities include liaising with carriers and customers, processing bookings and billing, and using Microsoft Office daily. Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, with a salary of SGD 2,600–3,500 per month.

Formación

• Minimum GCE 'O' level.
• Relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the customer service department.
• Handle all customers rating for both air and sea freight.
• Liaise with air and sea carriers & customers.
• Handle all sea freight documentation such as bookings & billing.
